Reporting to the Youth Work Manager, the Youth Worker works as part of the youth work team who provide a quality youth service in Dublin. The post holder and is responsible for the provision of support to Peer Educators, young people and groups. The Youth Worker ensures the development and implementation of appropriate youth work activities and programmes, designed to meet the needs of LGBTI+ young people, and are in line with the Critical Social Education Model of Youth Work and child protection guidelines.
