Recruiting Foster Carers
Have you ever considered becoming a Foster Carer? If so, we would love to hear from you.
Compass Fostering Services is actively looking to recruit, train and support individuals and families interested in becoming Foster Carers.
The main aim for Foster Carers is to provide a stable, warm home environment, develop secure attachments and establish trustworthy caring relationships with Children and Young People who have experienced Neglect, Trauma and Abuse.
We are looking for you to care for Children on a long-term, short-term basis, planned respite or emergency placements for Children and Young People aged 0 – 17 years old.
What we ask of you is that you have previous experience of Children and Young People either in an employed capacity, voluntary basis or experience within your family and friends circle. Also, you must have a spare bedroom in your home and be able to bring the Child to school every day.
We will ensure that all applicants wanting to become Foster Carers are trained through out our comprehensive training programme and supported through their fostering assessment with us and thereafter. We provide 24/7, 365 a year support and an assigned Fostering Support Worker to assist you on your journey.
If you have any questions you would like to ask or want to discuss Fostering with us, please contact one of the team by calling 061 622040, emailing email@example.com or visiting www.compasscfs.ie.
