This is an exciting position that involves both the role of a youth worker in a dynamic youth service and a home liaison worker that engages with the families of the young people that attend Candle Community Trust services. The role will involve devoting 17.5hrs to the youth service and 17.5 hrs to the Home liaison position.
The successful applicant will have Education to National Degree standard in Youth Work / Social Work or similar. A minimum of 1 years professional paid experience of working face-to-face with at risk youth. Access to car and full driving licence. Experience of working with volunteers. Ability to design, deliver and evaluate appropriate individualised interventions plans that address the challenging behaviour of the young people.

The IFCA Book Keeper will maintain the financial records of IFCA by recording transactions and maintaining financial records. Requirements include: A minimum of 2 years work experience in processing of accounts payable, financial calculations for payroll and banking transactions. QQ1 level 6 in accounts training. Experience with accounting and payroll packages / software.
