Brigit's Garden

Named for the Celtic Goddess and Saint, Brigit's Garden is located at the gateway to Connemara in County Galway,  just a short trip from the bustle of Galway's town centre. We are open to the public daily from April to September from 10 AM to 5:30 PM and by appointment out of season. We offer on-going workshops, programs and events throughout the year and make the ideal venue-with-a-difference for your meeting or special event. We offer school programs and summer camps on environmental education and Celtic Heritage.

Camara Education

Camara, founded in 2005, uses technology to improve education and livelihood skills in disadvantaged communities around the world. 

It delivers Digital Literacy and teacher training to disadvantaged communities in Ireland, Africa and the Caribbean by reusing disposed computers. Digital Literacy is the ability to locate, organise, understand, evaluate, and create information using digital technology.

Conservation Volunteers Dublin

We are a group of volunteers who work on nature conservation projects in the Dublin region. The group carries out practical nature conservation tasks in some of Dublin's most scenic locations. Outings take place on most Saturdays throughout the year. The type of activities range from planting trees in Donabate to removing rhododendron on Howth Head, and woodland management in Blanchardstown.
