EPIC Programme

EPIC (Employment for People from Immigrant Communities) is a Free programme open to all adults from EU states entitled to work in Ireland and those from non-EU states with stamp 4. The aim of EPIC is to support this target group to find employment and/or further training and education in Ireland. EPIC isfunded by the Office of the Integration Agency, under the office of the Minister of Integration (Department of Justice, Equality & Law Reform) and managed by Business in the Community Ireland.

EPIC programme consists of a six week training module followed by individual assistance from Training and Employment Officers (TEOs) to prepare and support participants in finding employment or further education and training. EPIC’s multi-cultural team of TEOs use a client-centered approach to help each participant find the job that’s right for them.  All clients are assigned a TEO during the first week of training, who will work with them providing career guidance including the use of psychometric instruments to establish or clarify career choices, develop a career plan and to begin the job search process.

Applicants need an intermediate or higher level of English in order to take part in the course
