Advocacy Skills Workshops

We are excited to announce our new ‘Advocacy Skills’ workshops which was launched in September of this year. The course which can be delivered in a series of short workshops aims to increase the capacity of your organisation to represent service users in a meaningful, informed and supportive way. The course is suited to those who act on behalf of others in any capacity where there is a need to advocate on behalf of an individual or a group. Each workshop covers a defined topic and can be customised to suit your needs. The training aims to empower employees, volunteers and service users to transmit key messages using communication methods and best practice approaches. Workshops are interactive with a strong focus on reflective practice and skills development. This programme may qualify for CPD points depending on your discipline.

We offer a fully customised service and we can build a bespoke programme to suit the needs of any group. We also have the option of Certifying this programme at QQI Level 6.
