Are you supporting a family member, friend, work colleague or someone else who is struggling with their mental health? Do you want to develop your skills? If so this programme is for you – it will:
- Teach you practical skills you can use to support others
- Give you information on supports and how the system works
- Provide you with practical tips and tools you can use to look after your own mental health

The programme will run over 2.5 days on the following Saturdays 3rd 10th and 17th of February in Stonebridge Community Facility, Shankill, Co. Dublin. The times for the programme are: 9.30 – 4.30 on the 3rd and the 10th and 9.30 – 1pm on the 17th. a The cost is €75 per participant for the entire 2.5 day programme, which includes 2 facilitators on each day, all programme materials, tea/ coffee and lunch. We are happy to discuss a reduction in the fee if cost is a difficulty for you. We receive funding for these programmes through our fantastic funders the National Office for Suicide Prevention, the Iris O’Brien Foundation and our own fundraisers, which allows us to deliver the programme at a significantly reduced cost
