GDPR Online Training for Nonprofits and SME – Level 1

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into force throughout the European Union from May 25th, 2018. This regulation applies to all sole traders and organisations handling or monitoring personal data. Charities, social enterprises and non-profits must comply with the GDPR.
To help inform organisations about their data protection responsibilities and ensure timely compliance with GDPR obligations, CramdenTECH has developed two comprehensive online training resources for staff, line managers and board members.
Overview – GDPR Level 1 Training
The GDPR Level 1 course takes approximately 1 hour to complete and introduces the GDPR principles, rights’ of individuals, the principle of accountability, key compliance issues to be considered and the steps each individual can take to be ‘data aware’ in their roles. Participants completing the training online will receive a Certificate of Completion at Level 1.
Course fee: €30 per participant.
Overview – GDPR Level 2 Training
The GDPR Level 2 course takes approximately 3 hours to complete and provides a step-by-step guide to assessing and auditing an organisation’s cyber security, data procedures, data policies and data processes in preparation for GDPR implementation. Participants enrolling in the Level 2 course will have an opportunity to complete Level 1 training first. Individuals who successfully complete Level 2 will receive a Certificate of Completion.
Course fee: €89 per participant.
Who should enrol in GDPR training?
Any person who handles or uses personal data such as customer service staff, receptionists, accounts staff, human resources staff, fundraisers, supervisors, line managers or board members should be aware of the GDPR and the implications it has for their work.
