mySupport study invites family members living with or caring for a person with dementia, or who have experienced the death of a loved one with dementia to join a voluntary advisory group which will make decisions that shape future dementia care.
The aim of the voluntary advisory group is to support a shared understanding of how best to support decision making at the end of life for people with dementia and their carers. The research team, will seek advice and guidance from the voluntary advisory group at key stages throughout mySupport study. Members of the group will have opportunities to share experiences to improve future dementia care, meet occasionally to discuss and make decisions about mySupport study, review and provide feedback on study materials and work alongside the mySupport study team including Dr Nicola Cornally and Dr Irene Hartigan, University College Cork.
You can download the flyer below to share with your colleagues and networks or someone you feel may have an interest in joining the Voluntary Advisory Group. Or if you would like to discuss this opportunity further, please contact Dr Dominika Lisiecka by phone (085 1303090) or by Email: email@example.com
