We are conducting a study to explore how adults with mental health problems use Online Mental Health Self-Help Programmes.

Online Mental Health Self-Help Programmes include meditation apps; apps and online programmes for the self-management of depression, anxiety, low mood, panic, stress, eating disorders, etc.; and any other online resources that you may have used for self-help with a mental health problem.

We would like to hear from adults who are willing to take part in an interview to learn about their experience with using Online Mental Health Self-Help Programmes.
