‘Online mental health self-help programmes’ are apps, online programmes and other online resources that are offered as a way to improve mental well-being and cope with mental health problems. This study explores the use of online mental health self-help programmes and associated technology (Internet, computer devices) by people with mental health problems in their everyday lives.

The Changing Lives Initiative: Early Intervention Parent Programme

The Changing Lives Initiative is a community-based project. We provide an early intervention parent programme for families with children (3-7) experiencing behaviours consistent with ADHD. Our 20 Session Incredible Years Parent Programme gives parents the additional skills they need to support their children. The programme is free and is delivered once a week for two and half hours during term time.
