The Diabetes Ireland Conference & Exhibition (DICE) day this year is focusing on “Upskilling your diabetes knowledge to empower and improve the lives of people with diabetes’ and is brought to you by Diabetes Ireland.

This year we have renowned speakers both nationally and internationally covering a range of topics on both type 1 and type 2 diabetes management in adults.

Parth Narendran will talk to us about the latest research into the prevention of Type 1 diabetes.
Rosanne Burson a US Fulbright scholar will discuss informatics and the role of the ANP plus a range of updates on the latest in nutrition, podiatry, bone health and dementia in diabetes

As with the last couple of years we have designed a practical and in-depth day with 3 conference streams running concurrently. Based on feedback, we are allowing people to move freely between all sessions with no need to pre-book a specific workshop or meeting.

Registration Fee:

The Registration Fee for DICE 2020 is:

Non- Members €50.00 Members €30.00

The rate will be increased from Friday 14th February to €70/£65 for both members and non-members

This includes lunch, you will note that this fee is reduced from past years in that it does not include automatic annual membership of the charity.

We would ask that health professionals now join on an annual basis, the rate for health professionals is €45.00, this will include Diabetes Ireland magazine, reduced rates at our 3 annual healthcare conferences plus the Diabetes and Cardiology Professional magazine (once consent received).

Diabetes Ireland has applied for accreditation from An Bord Altranais and from the Royal College of Physicians in Ireland.


As usual we will be having a large exhibition space with many pharmaceutical companies present. This provides a unique opportunity for you to get information on the latest medications and technologies available to those living with diabetes in Ireland.
