Join us for this very special event focused on active citizenship and participation in society. During this event we will hear from people who are actively shaping the society around them for the better, including Peter McVerry, (homelessness campaigner and activist) Salome Mbugua (gender equality activist and human rights advocate) and Stephen Teap (Cervical Check campaigner). In recent years in particular, we have seen the power of ordinary people shaping the society we live in. This event provides an exciting opportunity to hear those stories, learn from each other and ensure we continue to support people to be the change we need in society.
