Project Manager, Events (Volunteer Role)

Full Job Description

Throughout the year the need arises for project management for special / specific events with all events to be underpinned by inclusion, diversity and access.

The Project Manager will be in charge of organising events from concept (or following from pre piloted concept) to completion and evaluation.

The role will include but not be limited to: consulting with MCI or Partners/Stakeholders, small grant applications relevant to the event, managing budgets, booking venues, contacting guests and speakers, promoting the event, sourcing voluntary event help, ensuring the target audience is engaged and the message of the event is marketed properly and liaising with relevant stakeholders, preparing evaluation reports, etc.
