The Key Working, Care Planning & Case Management course is a 2 day training workshop delivered on a Thursday and Friday this September in Dublin.

This programme is designed to provide an overview of key working, care planning and case management. Key working is the process of working with clients to achieve their goals and part of this process is effective care planning and case management.
