What Works Ireland Evidence Hub - Evaluations Workshop

SAVE THE DATE: What Works Ireland Evidence Hub Second Call Workshop – 18/10/23

The Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth (DCEDIY) will be opening a second call for programmes to be included on the What Works Ireland Evidence Hub on October 6th 2023. DCEDIY and Foundations UK are hosting a workshop on Wednesday October 18th at 1pm to assist interested organisations with their applications.

The What Works Ireland Evidence Hub provides information about prevention and early intervention programmes that have been evaluated and shown to improve outcomes for children and young people. The Evidence Hub is the first tool of its kind in Ireland, developed by the Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth in conjunction with What Works for Early Intervention and Children’s Social Care (WWEICSC).

This online workshop will include information on the Early Intervention Foundation Guidebook evidence standards and how evidence might be gathered per the EIF ‘10 Steps for Evaluation Success’ framework. There will also be a short Q&A.
