Consumers' attitudes to fresh food packaging and sustainable alternatives
CONSENT TO PARTICIPATE IN RESEARCH
You have been asked to participate in a research study that will help identify consumers' acceptance and preferences regarding sustainable fresh leafy greens produce. Food waste is a global issue that has economical and environmental impacts. "Leaf No Waste” wants to know more about people's perceptions and behaviours that will enable us to search for opportunities and implement innovative technologies in the marketplace that can reduce food and plastic wastes. Your participation in this study is entirely voluntary. Please read the information below before deciding whether or not to participate.
PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
To participate in this survey, you must satisfy all of the following requirements before proceeding:
- Be 18 years old or older;
- Be the person responsible for grocery shopping for yourself or your household; and
- Regularly purchase leafy greens (e.g., spinach, salad leaves).
PROCEDURES
If you volunteer to participate in this study, you will be asked to complete the survey and click 'Submit' when finished. If you are not willing to participate, you can either close your browser at any point or click the 'No' response to Question 1 in the section below and press 'Submit'. This survey will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.
CONFIDENTIALITY
No identifying information is being gathered in this survey. However, in order to reduce the risk of any person being identified during this research, the data will be anonymised prior to the data analysis and thus remain confidential.
