Connect counselling to open additional hours following Mother and Baby Homes report

Connect counselling is extending its opening times for the next month due to the Mother and Baby Homes report, which is being released today (12 January 2021).

Connect provides telephone based counselling and support to abuse survivors, and is extending its opening times until February 15th.

Connect normally opens from 6-10pm Wednesday to Sunday, but will also open earlier from 2pm on weekend days, and from 6-10pm on Monday and Tuesdays.

Connect counsellors will be available for callers who can speak with a trained professional who can offer emotional support.
