Ireland Funds Heart of the Community Fund 2024

The Ireland Funds, the global philanthropic network, has opened applications for its Heart of the Community Fund 2024, which will provide funding to organisations delivering services and supports to people across the island of Ireland. Applications are open until 3rd May 2024.

Irish Hospice Foundation: Scholarships in End-of-Life & Bereavement Care

We offer a small number of scholarships up to the value of €3,000 each to make education in end-of-life and bereavement care accessible to multiple disciplines (nursing, medicine, allied health professionals and others).

Communities Integration Fund 2024

The Communities Integration Fund enables community-based organisations across Ireland to build on their vital work in reaching out to, and helping to, integrate migrants into local communities. Successful organisations will receive grant funding of €1,000 – €5,000 to support local integration initiatives.

Mid West Regional Drugs & Alcohol Forum: Small Grants 2024

We invite applications for once-off Small Grant funding from Community, Cultural, and Voluntary groups that are not eligible for funding from another source. Applications for grants (min. €500 & max. €2,000) should be directly relevant to the MWRDAF as per the National Drugs Strategy.

The MWRDAF Education Bursary Fund 2024 is available to assist Community Groups, Voluntary & Statutory Organisations, Third level Colleges or Universities funding towards the costs of running training courses/initiatives related to alcohol and/or drugs issues.

The Wheel is delighted to launch Training Links 2024 – 2026. Training Links funds community and voluntary organisations to form Training Networks — groups of organisations who come together to undertake training that they may not have the opportunity to do individually.

Our Rural Future: 2024 Community Recognition Fund

The Minister for Rural & Community Development has announced a further €50 million in funding under The Community Recognition Fund, to deliver projects over 2024- 2025. The Community Recognition Fund was first introduced last year to recognise the huge efforts made by communities in welcoming and supporting people coming to Ireland.
