The Wheel: Leadership Academy Breakfast
LEADERSHIP ACADEMY BREAKFAST CLUB!
Morrison Hotel, Dublin 1
14 Dec 2022 – 8:30am to 10:00am
We are delighted to announce our first The Leadership Academy Breakfast Club – a morning event every month that explores different aspects of leadership that allows people to connect and share ideas. Anyone with an interest in leadership development is welcome.
The first Breakfast Clubs will look at ‘Emerging Leaders’. We will discuss questions like:
- Where are they?
- How do we engage them?
- How do we support them?
There will be a 45-minute panel discussion with speakers with knowledge of leadership and experience working with emerging leaders. Then we will have workshop where you will be invited to meet other participants and develop ideas for how we can inspire and engage those coming after us. There will also be a light breakfast served.
At any point in our leadership journey, we should be able to look ahead for inspirational leadership, and also look behind to see how we can support the emerging leaders. The issue of attracting and retaining the next generation of leaders to the sector is key and succession planning must become a core part of how we work.
