An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join an established, busy, and dynamic Fundraising & Communications Department. The post of Interim Senior Manager – Public Fundraising (Maternity Cover) is responsible for over 30% of the Department’s annual income and is a senior position in the team with four direct reports.
Essential requirements:
- Relevant third level qualification at degree level in Fundraising, business, project management, marketing, event management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience working in a fast-paced events / campaigns / marketing environment
- Minimum 3 years experience in a management / senior role in relevant area with demonstrable achievements
- A strategic thinker with proven capability in driving successful fundraising at the scale of OLH&CS
- Proven and relevant experience with a demonstrable track record of delivering on strategic objectives and innovation maximising income/ROI
- Experience in marketing, advertising/PR, digital marketing
- Experience in the use of CRM systems
- Experience managing 3rd Party agencies
- Experience in budget management
- A strong background in project management with a proven track record of delivering on objectives.
- A strong background in 3rd party agency management
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office packages: i.e. Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint etc.
