Community Development Worker

NTDC invites applications for a Community Development Worker

The successful candidate must meet the criteria of the job specification including:

• Third Level Qualification in Community Development, Rural Development, Social Science, or other relevant discipline (level 8)
• A minimum of 2/3 years’ experience working in the community development sector in a similar role.
• Relevant Community Development work experience in programme development and delivery
• Knowledge of current community development initiatives & community development work

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

Full-time position - working 39 hours per week. Flexibility will be required, some weekends and evenings. The role is initially a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

The salary for the role is €34,540 - €53,056, The successful applicant will be offered a salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
