Carlow Regional Youth Services invites applications for the following position:

PART-TIME COMMUNITY BASED DRUGS WORKER – 18 HOURS

(Carlow Community Based Drugs Initiative)

This is a community based project funded by the HSE with a strong focus on engaging individuals, families experiencing difficulties in relation to alcohol and drug use. The role primarily consists of the provision and coordination of interventions in the areas of prevention, harm minimization and education.

Part of the role also includes taking a proactive, educational and preventative approach to alcohol and drug use in the community.
