East Cork Area Development
East Cork Area Development Ltd (ECAD) is a local and rural development company operating in East Cork, Ireland. The company is responsible for the implementation of the EU LEADER II programme and Local Development Measure of the Social Inclusion Programme in East Cork. ECAD has recently been chosen to administer the National Rural Development Programme in East Cork.

Fis na Muingi-Iorras
The aims of our project are to acquire the Muings lace school (Barnatra, Ballina, Co. Mayo) from Udaras na Gaeltachta, to restore, adapt and extend the existing premises for the purpose of a small folk museum/heritage centre with a community facility.
Irish LEADER Support Unit
The Irish LEADER Support Unit (ILSU) is based at the Tipperary Institute in Thurles. Its role is to provide a range of direct supports to LEADER companies for the duration of the LEADER+ programme.

IRL is a non-profit organisation, which represents rural community groups and associations at a national and international level.
