Mindfulness teaches us to experience each moment, no matter how difficult, with clarity and ease. We learn to respond with wisdom and calm to whatever situations arise in our lives.
Extensive research has shown that developing mindfulness has a significant positive effect on our
- physical and psychological health,
- reduces anxiety and depression,
- reduces tension, anger and fatigue,
- enhances relationships,
- increases vitality,
- leads to better sleep
- and stronger immunity
To benefit fully from the course participants are asked to set aside 45 minutes for home practice each day.
