Breaking Through

Breaking Through is an all Ireland Network to promote effective interventions with Young People At Risk.

Objectives

1. Facilitate links through local regional and cross-border networks,
2. Promote partnership and inter-agency co-operation,
3. Collate, document and share good practice,
4. Provide informed support for practitioners, within an atmosphere of mutual respect,
5. Influence policy and programme development.
