Barnardos: Biggest Buggy Push 2010 Volunteers
Volunteers required to help Barnardos break the World Record for the Biggest Buggy Push 2010 Sunday September 19th in Malahide Castle we are hoping to break the world record for the most buggies pushed over a one mile distance in the inaugural Big Buggy Push for Barnardos and need volunteers to assist in the following areas please:

Blanchardstown Area Partnership is recruiting new members for it's Plan Implementation Boards (PIBs).
Blanchardstown Area Partnership is the local development agency for the whole of Dublin 15. We receive our funding from the Government under the National Development Plan 2007-2013. The Partnership is responsible for a range of programmes to meet the needs of individuals, families and community groups in the area. These include the Local Employment Service (LES/JOBLINK), Local Development Social Inclusion Programme (incorporating the Community Development Programme)

Volunteer Adjudicators Needed for Concern Debates
The Concern Debates is Concern Worldwide’s flagship schools activity and about 150 secondary schools across Ireland take part annually. The Debates give senior cycle students the opportunity to research and debate issues which affect those living in the developing world.
The Concern Debates are judged by volunteer adjudicators who come from a wide variety of backgrounds. We are presently recruiting volunteers to join our panel. No experience is necessary. It’s a great way to learn more about development issues and an opportunity to hear the views of young people.

The Focus Ireland ‘Key to a Home’ collection is taking place on November 19, 20 & 21. This is the second Focus Ireland Flag Day, where people all over the country will be selling/buying key rings to raise money for homelessness.
