Invitation to submit a tender to coordinate a process evaluation with partners and stakeholders as part of the Grangegorman ABC Programme

This tender is for the evaluation of the process of developing and implementing the Grangegorman Area-Based Childhood programme (2015-17). The project aim is to capture the learning from consortium members and stakeholders and develop recommendations for future collaboration/ implementation of initiatives.

The Area-Based Childhood (ABC) programme aims to improve outcomes for children, young people and their families in some of the most disadvantaged areas of the country. The programme has a particular emphasis on improving health, educational and social outcomes for children and young people, and on improving the effectiveness of existing services for them. It is funded by Atlantic Philanthropies and DCYA; administered by Pobal and CES.

The Grangegorman Area-Based Childhood (ABC) programme is being coordinated by a consortium of 27 organisations, with Dublin Institute of Technology as the lead. Aim: The aim of the project for which we invite you to tender is to produce an evaluation report, which includes a qualitative evaluation on the processes of developing and implementing the Grangegorman ABC programme.

Submission Deadline
The deadline for receipt of proposals is 5pm on 26th May 2017. Proposals which are delivered late will not be considered.
The proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope (e-mailed/faxed submissions will not be accepted) to the following address:

Shortlisted candidates may be called for interview; if this is required, interviews will take place on 9th June 2017.
