Galway Rape Crisis Centre is a non-governmental organisation (NGO) based in Galway City. The centre opened its doors in 1984 and since then has been providing counselling and support services to survivors of sexual violence and abuse in the West of Ireland.

VLM seeks a research intern to join their team this summer for a three month internship in Dublin with travel to Ethiopia. VLM is offering this unique opportunity to a motivated individual who is willing to design and carry out a piece of research focused on measuring and evaluating the outcomes of VLM’s work overseas and at home.

Applications are invited for the post of Research and Policy Officer (Maternity Leave) with the Irish Penal Reform Trust (IPRT). The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the policy base for IPRT’s campaigning work, including carrying out research and engaging with key stakeholders in the Irish penal system.

The Administrator will ensure that tenants and visitors to the centre are welcomed in a professional and courteous manner, whilst ensuring the smooth running of the centre at all times and the safety of those who utilise the facility. The selected candidate will provide administrative support to the team in Macroom E.
