Applications are invited for the post of Research and Policy Officer (Maternity Leave) with the Irish Penal Reform Trust (IPRT). The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the policy base for IPRT’s campaigning work, including carrying out research and engaging with key stakeholders in the Irish penal system.

The Administrator will ensure that tenants and visitors to the centre are welcomed in a professional and courteous manner, whilst ensuring the smooth running of the centre at all times and the safety of those who utilise the facility. The selected candidate will provide administrative support to the team in Macroom E.

Anchor Treatment Centre was established in 1995 by the Sisters of Mercy responding to the needs of the people for a community based Alcohol and Drug Counselling Service and a support network for families. Since then it has provided a variety of services to families and individuals affected by Alcohol and Drug problems.

The Sanctuary is currently looking for an Office Assistant. This is a part time (19.5 hours per week) position and applicants must meet specific eligibility criteria. Ideally they should be over 25, unemployed and have been in receipt of a social welfare payment for at least one year.
