The Project will require the successful candidate to demonstrate experience and proven results in several relevant areas. The successful applicant must be able to work on their own initiative, collaborate with different groups, ensure deadlines are met and devise, manage and implement the project scope, plan and timelines.
To make the maximum contribution to the work of Crosscare’s Young People’s Care Services in the area of provision of high quality care for young people living out of home. The job holder has a key role in the delivery of the residential service to young people in Crosscare, within the context of the Crisis Intervention Service.
The successful candidate should have previous experience of Interagency working as well as Case Management experience. They will be proficient in a range of IT applications. They will have previously worked in a community setting and have experience of working with people with alcohol use issues and people with tenancy issues.
In response to the current homeless crisis we are currently recruiting for the following roles within our Emergency Services: Support Workers, Service Manager, Service Manager (Evenings) and Operations Workers. The role is to provide a floating support service to people with profound and or enduring diagnosed mental ill health in their own homes and to enable them to live independently within their community. If you are interested in joining our team you must have at least 5 years experience in homeless/housing services and specific relevant experience of more than 3 years in the field of mental health recovery promotion.
The successful candidate will also be required to ensure the provision of flexible support to clients in a range of activities including personal care, use of leisure time, management of finances, the development of independent living skills, establishing and maintaining social networks, housekeeping, shopping and the use of community facilities.

Applicants for the position of Festival and Events Coordinator should have; Prior experience in planning, coordinating and executing festivals and events; Marketing and digital marketing experience; Excellent organisational, budgetary and IT skills & Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a service-orientated attitude to work.
