Hillview Community Resource Centre Limited is and independent not for profit organisation and we are recruiting a QQI 7/8 to act as Room Leader for its Early Years setting. Hillview is a family resource centre working to the National Programmes of FRC’s in Ireland and is based in Ballinteer. The role is currently a part time position in line with our current service requirements and may develop to a full time position.

Purpose of the Role:

Take responsibility for ensuring high quality and best practice standards are maintained in the designated room and in the service, generally. This is a key supervisory position of accountability and responsibility. This role involves close co-operation with the Project Manager/Early Years Manager and the Early Years Practitioners in relation to the overall delivery of service provided by the Service. The post-holder should also understand the links between the service and the various activities provided by the service as part of the overall service management.
