What will the Training Administrator do?
The post holder will identify appropriate training programmes for Barnardos’s 400 employees, organise these training programmes and liaise with internal staff and managers and training providers.
The Administrator will evaluate training programmes and provide feedback and data to ensure that training programmes are suitable and that Barnardos is leading the way in the provision of best practice training programmes for it’s staff and managers.
The Administrator will deliver training where appropriate, provide information and guidance in relation to qualifications and where they fall within the National Framework of Qualifications and prepare and monitor the annual training budget.
- Minimum of three years relevant administrative experience in a training department essential.
- Understanding of the full training cycle is highly desirable.
- Leaving Cert or equivalent minimum level of education. Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Access and Outlook essential.
