About us: YAP Ireland is a ‘not for profit’ organisation that provides a needs led, family support service which uses a strengths-based approach to improve the lives of young people and their families in their community.  This model of needs-led work means that hours can vary depending on the needs of the young person and family throughout the life of the contract. It also means that location of need may vary so there is no guarantee that all candidates will be offered a contract.
