Clann Credo - the Social Investment Fund, is the leading provider of Social Finance to community based projects in Ireland, and has offices in Dublin, Cork and Mayo. It is a Not-for-Profit organisation with charitable status.

Community Connections is situated just a mile on the south side of the border and we work in West Fermanagh, North Leitrim and West Cavan. We are funded by the Department of Social Community and Family Affairs under its Community Development Programme (CDP).
