East Cork Area Development Ltd (ECAD) is a local and rural development company operating in East Cork, Ireland. The company is responsible for the implementation of the EU LEADER II programme and Local Development Measure of the Social Inclusion Programme in East Cork. ECAD has recently been chosen to administer the National Rural Development Programme in East Cork.

Our aim is to utilise all our resources to engage, animate and empower fellow members of the community to actively contribute to the social and economic growth of the area.
