CASA: Volunteers


CASA is a voluntary organisation that has been supporting people with disabilities for 35 years. CASA’s goal is to develop friendships and social outlets for people with disabilities through a variety of social activities.  These activities include regular social events, respite breaks and pilgrimages to Lourdes.

CASA is currently recruiting volunteers for the following positions:

Social Activities Volunteer

CASA is looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join its social groups.  These groups are on both sides of Dublin city, Cork, Maynooth, Longford, Bray and Loughrea.
Volunteers are asked to attend one social activity a month usually on a Sunday afternoon between two and six, to support a CASA member.  No experience needed, just bags of enthusiasm.Minimum commitment six months.

IT Volunteer

CASA is looking for a volunteer with general IT skills, some development skills, and a strong IT logic.  The role involves working with Salesforce and Salesforce customization so previous experience a plus although this can be learnt on the job as Salesforce is easy for someone with development skills.

Volunteer Nurses

CASA is looking for qualified nurses to attend monthly social activities in our Southside branch based in Tallaght.

Volunteer Drivers

CASA is hoping to recruit volunteers to assist with clothes collections. Drivers must have their own transport, all expenses covered.
