This practical small group workshop is suitable for those interested in Self help, Counselling, Psychology and Mental Health. It is designed to offer an insight into the area of counselling looking at some of the approaches and techniques used and how to apply them to your daily life

Cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) is a psychotherapeutic approach: a talking therapy. CBT aims to solve problems concerning dysfunctional emotions, behaviours and cognitions (thoughts) through a goal-oriented, systematic procedure in the present.

It is particularly useful in dealing with depression, stress, anxiety, eating disorders, addictions, etc.
